Rather than just a list of tasks, I designed a progressive, Duolingo-inspired roadmap that serves as the core framework for the therapy. By structuring lessons as levels within a visual journey, I created a gamified environment where external activities are integrated into a cohesive story. This path-based navigation provides clear short-term goals, maintaining the child's motivation through a sense of constant progress.

Understanding that parents are not therapists, I designed a passive monitoring system. The app automates task delivery and notifies progress, eliminating logistical friction and reducing the cognitive load on the family during the rehabilitation process.

To streamline their daily workflow, I integrated a centralized agenda for schedule management and a direct chat for seamless communication with patients.

My primary challenge was to transform a "medical obligation" into a digital entertainment experience for children, ensuring children complete their daily exercises while providing professionals with accurate data for clinical follow-up.
